HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Whilst its hard to give an exact timeline, as it depends on how often you're training, diet and individual goals you can expect to see clear improvements such as strength gains or weight loss within the first month.
WILL I ENJOY IT?
Yes! I really hope so. I've gained experience dealing with all types of people from different walks of life. So whilst we may have a joke or a laugh that always come second to achieving your goals.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
This really depends on your individual circumstances, so ideally we'll have a discussion to find your best "fit". Clients usually train from 1-3 sessions a week to once a month. With undoutably more progress coming to those who train more reguarly.
I HAVE AN INJURY, SHOULD I STILL TRAIN?
Whilst this would be assed on a case by case basis in most circumstances YES with the gym being the best place for you!
Countless times clients have come to me with a stiff back, clicking knees, or neck issues to leave a sessions 60 mins later feeling "fixed"
DO YOU OFFER HOME VISITS?
My diary usually ties me to Cranleigh Golf and Country club for most of the day, however its worth having a discussion as I may be able to fit you in somewhere.
WHATS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In line with the club, we operate a 24 hour notice policy. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours incur the full charge. Sessions cancelled outside of 24 hours there is no charge.
